Am I the only one who loved Mousercise?? So I’ve always had a love of fitness. My first memory was waking up at 5:30 am when I was 4 and making my parents turn it on.  I loved it so much.

Then I remember getting workout mats and jogging suits for Christmas, and being outside jogging before I was done opening presents.  It really wasn’t normal.

I love everything about fitness and I’ve started a new gig to help people love it too.  Beachbody is a company that markets in-home fitness products.  A few of the more well known: P90X, Insanity, Turbo Fire. I’m one of their newest coaches! I’ve just been certified to teach Turbo in the gym and will be helping coach people along their fitness journey. 

Well I’m starting 60 days of a new workout… Insanity… on Monday as part of the Orlando Fit Club. Wish me luck…I’ll keep you updated!  If you are around Orlando on Sunday, come out to our kickoff!
